The Baccarat Florence and Baccarat Rome Will Open in 2026 as the second and third Baccarat hotels, after the Baccarat New York. Baccarat is Starwood Hotels' luxury brand, created with 260-year old French luxury house Baccarat, known for fine crystal.

The Baccarat Florence

The Baccarat Villa Camerata will be located at Viale Augusto Righi 4, a 15 minute drive or bike ride from central Florence. Set in an extensively renovated 15th century villa and its gardens, it will comprise 75 rooms, suites, and glamping accommodation, as well as several dining options and superb wellness facilities.

The Baccarat Rome

The Baccarat Rome will open in late 2026 at Via Vittorio Veneto, 50, in the former Hotel Majestic, about a 10-minute walk from the Spanish Steps and a half hour walk to the Colosseum. The renovated hotel will include 87 rooms and suites designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon (The Emory, London; Four Seasons Florence; Four Seasons George V, Paris, among other luxury hotels). Additional amenities include a terraced restaurant overlooking Via Veneto, the elegant Grand Salon for afternoon tea, and a rooftop bar/lounge with breathtaking panoramic views of Rome’s skyline.
