Note that the coupon does NOT usually appear instantly. I signed up earlier today and no coupon has appeared yet; it can take up to 7 days to receive the coupon, although I've seen reports that it typically takes 2-3 days. Or if you've enabled Notifications, you'll receive a push notification once your coupon is ready.
Which Credit Card to Use for Amazon Spend?
Generally I recommend using an Ink Cash card or Ink Plus (old card; not available to new applicants) at an office supply store to buy Amazon gift cards, since both cards earn 5X on all office supply store purchases.
Starting tomorrow, January 1, 2019, you can also use your activated Chase Freedom card to earn 5X on drugstore purchases, so you can buy Amazon gift cards at any drugstore that will allow you to pay for them with a credit card, and earn 5X that way as well.
