Aman Beverly Hills

Aman Beverly Hills is to open in 2027, encompassing a hotel, Aman private residences, an Aman Club, an Aman Spa and multiple restaurants, all nestled within One Beverly Hills, eight acres of botanical gardens. It will be the fifth Aman Resort in the U.S., after Amangiri, Amangani, Aman New York, opened in August 2022, and a new Aman in Miami, slated to open 2026.

Aman Beverly Hills will be located at 9900 Wilshire Boulevard, a short walk to The Peninsula Beverly Hills and the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, an 18-minute walk from the Beverly Wilshire (a Four Seasons Hotel) and a 10-minute drive from the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.

The hotel is expected to have 78 suites in addition to a limited number of private residences in two towers that flank the hotel, all designed by Kerry Hill Architects (who have also designed Aman Tokyo, Aman Kyoto, and Amanyangyun in Shanghai). The hotel and private residences will be set in eight acres of native plant gardens and water features. We just hope the landscape architects take into account the ongoing drought in California.

The development will also include a 100,000 square foot Aman Club dedicated to wellness, the first of its kind among Aman hotels and resorts.
