Our stay at this city hotel got off to a slightly rocky start; we found another guest's hairs in the bathroom, and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Not what we were hoping for, given a >$1000 nightly rate.
.
That said, the Manager on Duty, despite dealing with a virtually sold out property, swooped in and moved us to a room with a much nicer water view, with a working bathroom door and no guest hairs on the towels, which we appreciated.
.

.
Evening hors d'oeuvres included sushi, various salads, charcuterie, and hot dishes.
.
The next morning, I was happy to see that the Club Lounge breakfast included an array of fresh berries, in addition to smoked salmon, yogurt, eggs, bacon, etc.
.
With our preferred partner benefits, our clients also enjoy a $60 daily breakfast credit for two in the hotel's restaurant, which shouldn't be missed. We particularly enjoyed the Lobster Benedict with tarragon hollandaise and the Acai Bowl.
Can you guess the hotel?
