Six Senses Grand Bahama will open in 2026 as the second Six Senses resort in the Caribbean, after Six Senses La Sagesse in Grenada.
Getting to Grand Bahama
Grand Bahama International Airport in Freeport (FPO) is served by nonstop flights from Fort Lauderdale FLL, Charlotte CLT (seasonal), Miami MIA, Montreal YUL (seasonal), Orlando MCO (seasonal), and Toronto YYZ (seasonal). Six Senses Grand Bahama will be located a 15 minute drive from the airport.

Six Senses Grand Bahama Resort and Amenities
Six Senses Grand Bahama, dubbed the “Venice of The Bahamas,” is on a private peninsula, with a half mile of beach on its southern flank, and a mile-long network of canals to its north.
The 50-acre resort will have 70 villas designed by Gensler (Nekajui Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Costa Rica, Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, El Encanto in Santa Barbara, and Andaz Savannah, among others), and 28 private residences designed by Olson Kundig, with interiors by Curioso, which is also designing the interiors of the Six Senses Aetna Springs, Napa Valley.

In addition to the signature restaurant, there will be a Beach Club and pop-up restaurants. A panoramic oceanfront pool will be one of several pools.

The Six Senses Spa will offer a series of relaxation pools set in the jungle; thermal area with saunas, steam room, and ice bath; an outdoor massage pavilion; treatment rooms for massages, facials, and body treatments; juice bar; and Alchemy Bar.
Activities will include sailing and yachting; diving shipwrecks; snorkeling; exploring underwater caves; fishing; and golfing.
