60K Bonus for Ink Bold and Ink Plus Cards This Week

60K Bonus for Ink Bold and Ink Plus Business Cards During National Small Business Week

The 60,000 Bonus Offer for the Ink Bold and Ink Plus cards (a 10,000 bonus points increase from the usual 50,000 bonus points) is valid until 6/22/13, so if you don't have one of them, this is a good time to sign up, especially as the minimum spend is the same. I've updated the Best Travel Credit Cards page and moved the Ink Bold and Ink Plus up to positions 5 and 6 to reflect the better bonuses, given the same $5000 minimum spend.

Here are the offer details, followed by a FAQ

FAQ

Oh No! I Just Applied for the 50,000 Bonus Offer. Can I Receive the 60,000 Offer Instead?

While there are no guarantees, many folks have success being matched to the higher offer by sending a secure message. See Send Chase a Secure Message

Do I Qualify for a Small Business Credit Card?

Many folks qualify for a small business card, even some that don't think of themselves as running a business. do you ever sell things on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Craigslist? Do you ever rent out your apartment or other real estate using Craigslist, Airbnb, etc.? Do you do any consulting work? All of these and most any other small business makes you eligible to apply for an Ink small business credit card. Also see Ink Business Card Sign Up Tips

Which Ink Card Should I Get?

See Which Ink Business Card Offer to Apply For? Many folks like to apply for the Ink Bold charge card first, if they don't yet have any Ink business cards, and later apply for the Ink Plus, with the rationale that they need the flexibility of a credit card (even though you shouldn't be carrying any balance on any of your credit cards anyway, to avoid paying high interest fees).

How Long Are the Increased Ink Bonus Offers Valid?

Until June 22, 2013 (to celebrate National Small Business Week).

Can I Apply for and Get Approved for More Than One Ink Business Card?

Yes, although be prepared to explain why you need two cards. This will work best if you legitimately have two businesses and need to separate expenses for them.

My Spouse and I Run a Business Together, Should We Get One Card or Two?

I would definitely recommend getting two cards (so that each of you is the primary cardholder on one card) so that you can earn two signup bonuses. After meeting the $5000 minimum spend, you'll each have at least 65,000 Ultimate Rewards points, and hopefully more than that if some of your minimum spend is in the 5X or 2X bonus categories. Altogether, you'd have earned 130,000-170,000 Ultimate Rewards points.

What Are the Best Uses of Ultimate Rewards Points?

Well, first class to Asia in a new Asiana First Class Suite, Bookable with United Miles, would be great and is available, if you plan ahead. Lufthansa First Class to Asia via Frankfurt, with the First Class Terminal, would also be great, even though it's only available at the last minute, if at all, so is harder to redeem for. Or for an amazing vacation, you could redeem for 6-7 nights at the Park Hyatt Maldives! Check out our other Best Ways to Use Chase Ultimate Rewards Points.
