Six Senses London will open in late 2025 as the sixth Six Senses in Europe, the most recent opening after Six Senses Rome. The hotel's new owner (in a deal that set a 2023 record, €2.5 million per key) is Gruppo Statuto (Six Senses Rome, and the forthcoming Six Senses Milan in 2025 and Six Senses Lake Como in 2028, as well as the Mandarin Oriental Paris).

Six Senses London Location and Building

Six Senses London is located at 149 Queensway in the Bayswater area of London, a 14 minute walk from Kensington Gardens, and a 25 minute walk to the western part of Hyde Park. The new hotel is part of the redevelopment of The Whiteley London, the landmark building housed London’s first luxury department store, which opened in 1911. The Grade II-listed facade, with its iconic clock and sculptures is being meticulously restored.

Six Senses London Rooms and Amenities

The hotel will offer 109 guest rooms and suites and 14 Six Senses branded residences designed by EPR Architects (Raffles London at the OWO, Rosewood London, Coworth Park) and AvroKO (Perry Lane Hotel, The Inn at Mattei's Tavern)

In addition to the cozy lobby bar and lounge, there will be an all-day dining restaurant with an open kitchen, and a seating area in the courtyard.

The extensive Six Senses Spa will encompass 3500 square feet (325 square meters) dedicated to fitness.

There's a 65-foot (20-meter) indoor swimming pool, the Alchemy Bar, and a relaxation room with vaulted ceilings.

On the second floor, residents and members will access a new kind of social and wellness club – Six Senses Place – featuring a central bar and lounge, coworking spaces, a restaurant, and wellness and treatment rooms.
