Sul Verde Location and Hours
Sul Verde is located in the golf clubhouse at the Rosewood Bermuda, at Tucker's Point, about an 11 minute drive from the Bermuda Airport, and a 7 minute golf cart ride from the Rosewood Bermuda reception. Sul Verde is open Tuesdays-Sundays for lunch from 11am-5pm and for dinner from 5pm-8:30pm. Reservations are required for all dining.
Outdoor dining is available at the restaurant, weather permitting.

Sul Verde Menu and Food
Sul Verde specializes in Southern Italian cuisine, including Neapolitan pizza, traditional pastas, meat and seafood dishes.

After ordering, we were brought some bread with butter. We also asked for olive oil and red pepper for dipping.

During our first visit we dined on a couple of pizzas and salad. My husband really enjoyed the Pizza Bianca, with pancetta, white truffle oil, and thyme.

Our son and I preferred the Five Cheese Pizza, so much so that we ordered it again on our second visit.

The Insalata Nostra was fine as a vegetable, but forgettable.

Similarly, the Chocolate Flan had good flavor, but it wasn't molten enough on the inside. We don't recommend saving room for it; better to fill up on the superb pizzas.

On our second visit, we started off with a superb roasted octopus appetizer, well complemented by squid ink Sicilian couscous. Highly recommended.

We tried a couple of the pasta dishes this time. The Pappardelle with braised short rib was very good, although we've had better versions in Italy.

Our son greatly enjoyed the Polpette, meatballs with spaghetti–so much so that we took the leftovers with us.

The Verdict
Sul Verde was our favorite dining experience at The Rosewood Bermuda. It's closer to the hotel itself, so quicker to get to than the Beach Club Restaurant, especially if relying on the hotel's courtesy car (although the complimentary golf cart that came with our suite on our last night was even more convenient).
The pizzas were especially fantastic, as was the grilled octopus appetizer. Service was friendly and attentive during both visits.
