Clients are Asking Which Reopening Hotels Will Also Reopen Their Swimming Pools, a valid question, since not all hotels and resorts that are reopening will reopen their pools, at least initially.
For those who have been locked down without their own private pool or access to a pool, being able to swim again is something to look forward to for a future staycation or vacation. And while it's important to continue to social distance everywhere, including at the beach and swimming pool, outdoor swimming, as long as you socially distance from others, is one of the safer forms of exercise. Most experts agree that coronavirus is largely inactivated in chlorinated water, as the virus is more susceptible to oxidants such as chlorine than are non-enveloped viruses.
Please note that in the list below, we've only included hotels with outdoor pools, since indoor pools could present more risks, even with appropriate social distancing.
