Morocco and the Philippines are Reopening to International Visitors, and Bali is also opening to tourists, although with a catch. Morocco has been closed to flights since November, while the Philippines and Bali have been closed to most international travelers for two years.
Morocco Reopening February 7, 2022
Morocco has reopened to international travelers 2/7/22. The country requires proof of vaccination to enter most hotels, restaurants, and public transit, and the government is still finalizing the exact requirements for international visitors, which are likely to include negative results from a COVID-19 PCR test taken within the 48 hours prior to boarding a flight to Morocco.

Philippines Reopening February 10, 2022
The Philippines is reopening on 2/10/22 to international visitors who don't require a visa. They must be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to travel and have received negative results from a COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken within the 48 hours prior to their flight departure. Bali Reopening: February 4, 2022
Bali has reopened to international visitors as of 2/4/22, albeit with a catch: a mandatory 5 day quarantine for fully vaccinated visitors, and a 7 day quarantine for visitors who haven't been fully vaccinated. This is similar to New Zealand's planned July 2022 reopening, which will also require isolation, although in New Zealand's case it will be 10 days of mandatory self-isolation.
