Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi is Now Open, although unfortunately at this point, virtually all guests are expected to be Japanese citizens and residents, as Japan isn't allowing visitors from the vast majority of countries (the few exceptions include Jordan, Mongolia, Myanmar, Tanzania and Uganda). Given how popular Japan and Tokyo are with our clients, we look forward to reserving the hotel for them once Japan reopens to more international travelers.
TravelSort Clients enjoy these Four Seasons Preferred Partner benefits at the new Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi. Keep in mind that Preferred Partner guests enjoy top priority when it comes to upgrades.
- Daily full American breakfast for two people per bedroom, served through In-Room Dining or in the hotel restaurant (including buffets)
- Choice of USD100 Spa credit (not applicable to products) or USD100 food and beverage credit once during stay
- Upgrade of one category, based on availability at time of check-in (excluding signature suites, villas, and private residences)
- Complimentary basic Internet in all guest rooms; complimentary premium Internet in all suites
While the included breakfast is an American breakfast, the Japanese breakfast is the same rate of JPY 4500 per person, so this is likely to be available as an alternative.

Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi Rooms and Suites
Thanks to the hotel being located on the upper floors, even the entry level Superior View room is on floors 34-38. It's spacious, at 527 square feet (49 sq. m.). That said, among rooms, we recommend either the Deluxe Imperial Garden View room, for its views of the Imperial Palace Gardens, or the Studio Room, which has a city view but is a corner room, with fantastic natural light.
Among the suites, the Panoramic Suite offers both a view of the Imperial Palace Gardens and a coveted corner room location. It's our favorite suite, and can connect with an extra room to make it a 2BR suite, if there are more than 3 guests in your family or group.

Dining and Drinking at Four Seasons
Tokyo is arguably the Michelin capital of the world, so Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi knows that its restaurants have to wow in order to attract local guests, who will be virtually the only clients for the near term, during the pandemic.
PIGNETO is the hotel's Italian restaurant, led by Chef Yoshihiro Kigawa, with stylish indoor and outdoor dining spaces.
.
est (French for “East”) is the hotel's signature restaurant, helmed by Michelin-starred Chef Guillaume Bracaval.
.
There's also the see-and-be-seen Paris meets Tokyo VIRTÙ cocktail bar and THE LOUNGE, where guests may enjoy a contemporary take on traditional afternoon tea with spectacular views, with pastry creations by award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Yusuke Aoki.
.
Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi Spa and Indoor Pool
Located on the hotel's top floor, THE SPA is a calming sanctuary with five treatment rooms, including a couples room. Signature rituals include the Yakusugi Forest Renewal and the Luminous Glow beauty treatment.
The Spa facilities include steam rooms; ofuro (traditional Japanese baths); a spacious, state-of-the-art gym (personal training available); and a 67 foot (20 meter) indoor vitality pool with stunning Imperial Palace and skyline views.
