The Four Seasons Montreal Will Open Mid-2019 at 1440 Rue de la Montagne, just a 4-5 minute walk from the Ritz-Carlton Montreal, the current top luxury hotel in Montreal. The new hotel will feature 168 rooms, including 19 suites, with 18 private residences that start on the 14th floor.
The Four Seasons Montreal General Manager is Gonçalo Monteiro dos Santos, who previously was the Hotel Manager at the Four Seasons Macao, Cotai Strip.
Four Seasons Preferred Partner benefits will apply; the property-specific benefit is still being finalized but is expected to be an F&B credit:
- Daily full American breakfast for two people per bedroom, served through In-Room Dining or in the hotel restaurant
- Food and beverage credit of USD100
- Upgrade of one category, based on availability at time of check-in (excluding signature suites and private residences)
- Complimentary basic Internet in all guest rooms; complimentary premium Internet in all suites

The restaurant will have a lounge area, indoor seating, and an expansive terrace.
The skylit indoor swimming pool will be part of the spa, with 8 treatment rooms, including one couple's treatment room.
High end shoppers can look forward to the luxurious Holt Renfrew Ogilvy, which will open in 2020 and which the hotel will connect to.
