Fiji Airways A350 Business Class Seats are a Great Improvement Over the Fiji A330 Business Class Seats. Back on May 2, 2019, Fiji Airways announced that it would be leasing two A350-900 aircraft, to operate routes between Fiji and Australia / New Zealand, as well as the LAX-Fiji route. It was known that the configuration would be “Super Diamond” reverse herringbone, similar to Cathay Pacific Business Class, where all seats have direct aisle access. Finally, there are pictures available:
It's hard to discern key details from these initial mockups, such as the location of the power outlet (which I hope is near shoulder height, as on Cathay), whether the headrest is adjustable (key for very tall passengers), etc.
It also remains to be seen how well these interiors will age, since white and light colors tend to easily show the inevitable scratches and nicks that accumulate as part of normal wear and tear.
Still, it's great to have fully flat beds as well as direct aisle access, since Fiji A330 Business Class only has angled flat seats in a 2-2-2 configuration, which isn't ideal for night flights.

Best Fiji Luxury Resorts
If price is no object, hands down the place to stay in Fiji is Laucala Island. See my Laucala YouTube Video Review:
Laucala's rates are all-inclusive, including all meals and drinks (apart from very premium wines), horseback riding, water sports and even scuba diving and the personal submarine within the inner reef. The main extras are spa treatments and water sports/diving outside the reef. TravelSort Clients enjoy a 60 minute per person massage (up to two people per villa, once per stay) on stays of 3 nights or longer.
If Laucala isn't within your budget, Royal Davui Island, with just 16 villas, each with a private plunge pool, would be my 2nd luxury resort recommendation, for couples. It's adults-only, and TravelSort Clients enjoy these Virtuoso benefits:
