The Breakers in Palm Beach, The Bellagio, ARIA, The Signature at MGM Grand and Delano Las Vegas are all Virtuoso properties, so a great way of maximizing this offer after saving the offer to your AMEX card is to reserve as a TravelSort Client to enjoy Virtuoso benefits. While my favorite Las Vegas property is the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, The Bellagio's fountain is iconic and I quite enjoyed my lunch at Todd English's Olives.

FAQ
I Don't See These Offers for My AMEX Card–Where Are They?
These offers are targeted, so you may see none, one, or both of them for any given AMEX card. As one data point, both of these offers were available for my AMEX Blue for Business card, and the MGM offer was also on my AMEX Business Platinum.
If The Offer Appears on More Than One of My AMEX Cards, Which One Should I Save It To?
Since AMEX cards (with the exception of hotel loyalty program ones such as the SPG AMEX, which bonuses Starwood hotel spend only) don't have a hotel category bonus, the question is whether you have any promotions that give you more than 1 point per dollar spent. In my case, my new AMEX Blue for Business provides 2X on all purchases on the first $50,000 for the first year (note that this card offer has since expired), so this would be the card I'd save the offers to.
When Will I Receive the Statement Credit?
The AMEX terms state that the credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 6/30/17, although in my experience the statement credit usually appears sooner, on the same billing cycle in which the expense was incurred.
