The Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi Will Open in July 2020, as reported in the above TravelSort post earlier this year. There are now some image renderings to view of what a few of the rooms and suites are expected to look like.
Occupying the top 6 floors of a 39 story tower, the Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi will offer 193 rooms and suites on floors 34-38, with some of them facing the Imperial Palace.
Here's a rendering of a King Room. As at all new Four Seasons hotels, guests will be able to customize their mattress, with a choice of Signature, Signature Plus (softer) or Signature Firm mattress toppers.
Rooms with two beds will have two Twin size beds. Bathrooms will feature double sinks:

The Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi General Manager will be Four Seasons veteran Andrew De Brito, originally from Malaysia, who has been with Four Seasons over 25 years and most recently was GM at Four Seasons Beijing. His earlier Four Seasons roles were focused on F&B, which will be an emphasis at Otemachi as well. De Brito will also be a Regional Vice President, overseeing the existing, boutique style Four Seasons Tokyo at Marunouchi property as well.
The hotel will have two signature restaurants, one a modern Italian concept inspired by a traditional salumeria (Italian shop specializing in cold cuts), and the other serving fine French cuisine. Both restaurants will enjoy beautiful outdoor terraces. There will also be a “Paris meets Tokyo” destination bar.
TravelSort Clients will be able to reserve the Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi with these Four Seasons Preferred Partner benefits, which would combine with any special offers the hotel may have:
- Daily full American breakfast for two people per bedroom, served through In-Room Dining or in the hotel restaurant (including buffets)
- Food and beverage credit of USD100
- Upgrade of one category, based on availability at time of check-in (excluding signature suites, villas, and private residences)
- Complimentary basic Internet in all guest rooms; complimentary premium Internet in all suites
