Travel Leaders Select: Book Conrad Hotels with Upgrades and Free Breakfast

For Conrad hotels, are there upgrades and free breakfast via a preferred partner program? Conrad is a surprising exception when it comes to Virtuoso participation, with just one Conrad property, the Conrad Algarve in Portugal, a Virtuoso member. TravelSort Clients with an AMEX Platinum card have access to FHR benefits at 5 other properties in addition to the Conrad Algarve, which I'll note below.

But for select Conrad hotels as well as several Waldorf Astoria and even a few Hilton properties, there is a preferred partner program, the Travel Leaders Select Program. Its benefits are similar to Virtuoso and AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts:

How Do Conrad Hotels Compare to Competitors?

Conrad hotels are upscale, but in my experience never the top hotel in their respective markets. For example, the Four Seasons Koh Samui is a more luxurious property than Conrad Koh Samui, while Cheval Blanc Randheli and Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru are far better properties in the Maldives than the Conrad Maldives Rangali.
