Singapore A380 First Class Suite awards on the coveted JFK-FRA-SIN route are bookable at the saver award level on a number of days, something which was extremely rare pre-pandemic, when virtually all days only showed regular “Advantage” award pricing.
It's worth seeking out saver award space, since it prices at just 86,000 Singapore KrisFlyer miles vs. the usual “Advantage” 144,000 miles. Expect to also pay just $5.60 in fees for JFK-FRA, or EUR 118 for FRA-JFK. Roundtrip in Singapore Suites regularly prices at ~$9800 or more, yielding a valuation of ~5.7 cents per KrisFlyer mile or more.
Dates with the best availability Singapore Suites saver availability for JFK-FRA are: a few December 2021 and January 2022 dates, very late March 2022, April-August 2022, and a smattering of dates in October 2022.
For Singapore Suites saver award space Frankfurt to New York JFK, there are very few December 2021 and January 2022 dates, then no saver award space until September 2022. There's a good amount of saver award space September-November 2022.
It's hard to know at this point whether the A380 in question will have old Singapore Suites or new Singapore Suites, since some A380s are in the process of being converted, but both products are very good, and Singapore Suites and First Class offers some of the best service of any commercial aircraft.

Transferring Points to Singapore KrisFlyer
Chase Ultimate Rewards points, AMEX Membership Rewards points, and Citi ThankYou points all transfer to Singapore KrisFlyer miles; just be aware that transfers aren't instant, they can take 12-48 hours, and KrisFlyer miles expire 3 years after they're generated, you can't keep them alive via activity in your account, so use them or lose them.
Also, through February 2022, Singapore KrisFlyer is allowing members to earn elite status from other things, not just flying, with 1 elite mile earned for every 5 KrisFlyer miles earned/converted from bank points. That means one could transfer in 250,000 bank points = 250,000 KrisFlyer miles, of which 50,000 would be considered elite miles, earning KrisFlyer Gold = Star Alliance Gold status. With this status, members enjoy lounge status when flying a Star Alliance airline, meaning that a U.S. based member would enjoy United Club lounge access even when flying United domestically, in the U.S.
