Both the Langham, Seattle Hotel and The Langham Residences, Seattle will be situated in a new 42-storey building that builds up from the iconic façade of the Terminal Sales Annex Building located at 139 Virginia Street, a designated Seattle landmark that dates to 1916. The address is 3 minute walk from Pike Place Market, a 6-minute walk from the Seattle Art Museum, a 17-18 minute walk from the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass, and a 20 minute drive from Seattle-Tacoma Airport (SEA).

The Langham, Seattle Hotel Design and Amenities
Renowned architect, Kengo Kuma & Associates takes inspiration for the hotel's elegant vertical lines from the silhouettes of Pacific Northwest basalt sea stack formations—large columnar rock shaped by forces of water, wind, and time.
The Langham Seattle will offer 187 spacious guest rooms and suites featuring elegant interiors designed by Rottet Studio, whose past hotel work includes the Conrad Washington, DC, The Surrey in New York, art curation at The Langham Chicago, and concept work for the Four Seasons Hualalai, among others.
Guests will be able to welcome the day in the natural light-filled breakfast room, with its peaceful landscaped outdoor terrace perched above the restored historic façade. This unique space also offers an exceptional city backdrop for private events.
Seattle's vibrant bar scene will see a new destination cocktail bar at lobby level with a Pacific Rim twist where guests can rendezvous at the long bar or alfresco patio to celebrate life's moments, cosy up for a romantic evening for dinner or a casual lunch between meetings.
The wellness centre will feature Chuan Spa, Langham's own spa concept, which embraces the centuries-old healing philosophies of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to create a personalized experience for every guest, integrated into a comprehensive menu of innovative facial and body treatments. Guests can also take a dip in the tranquil pool before breakfast or take their fitness programs to the next level with a Pilates or HIIT class in the state-of-the-art gym.
