The flight, which departs Bangkok at 1:45pm, takes three hours, ample time to enjoy a shower and a glass of Dom Perignon champagne with your meal, in your suite.
You can book directly with Emirates; at time of writing, the cost is THB 21,270 per person, or ~$615. Be sure to use a card such as the Chase Sapphire Preferred or Ink Business Preferred that doesn't charge a foreign transaction fee, since in this case you'd be charged in Thai Baht.
