There's a 250,000 AMEX Business Platinum signup bonus offer targeted to some AMEX members, well worth considering if eligible. The current public offer is only 60 percent of that, 150,000 points. There's also a 200K offer that tends to appear more frequently than the 250K offer.
Even for its target customers, the Business Platinum's high annual fee of $695 makes it relatively unattractive unless there's a hefty signup bonus. The card's paltry 1.5 Membership Rewards points per dollar spent on a few categories (construction/hardware; electronic goods/software; U.S. shipping providers; and eligible purchases of $5000+), is worse than the AMEX Blue Business Plus, which earns 2X Membership Rewards points on all spend, with no annual fee. And unlike the personal AMEX Platinum, which earns 5X on airfare booked directly with airlines, the AMEX Business Platinum only earns 5X when you book airlines through AMEX Travel–and trust us, you don't want to be dealing with long wait times or clueless AMEX Travel customer service reps if your flight schedule changes, you misconnect, etc., since the incredible customer service AMEX used to be known for is largely a thing of the past.
The AMEX Business Platinum also compares unfavorably in terms of category spend with the $95 per year Chase Ink Business Preferred (3X points on all travel, Internet, cable and phone services, shipping purchases, and advertising on social media sites and search engines) and with the Chase Sapphire Reserve, which earns 3X on all travel and dining and also has superior trip cancellation and trip interruption protection.

Finding the 250K AMEX Business Platinum Offer
Since this is a targeted offer, your best bet is to use a Virtual Private Network (VPN) set to a different city, such as Dallas or Denver, or trying an incognito or private window in different browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Safari.
Some users have had success, after using a VPN or incognito window, with going to the American Express site, clicking on business credit cards, and if the AMEX Platinum offer is the usual 150,000 offer, leaving the page open. When it times out, after a few hours, they refresh it to see if it will load a higher offer. Another option we've seen work a few times in a private or incognito window is to do a search AMEX Business Cards Australia, pull up AMEX's Australian business credit cards page, scroll to the bottom, and select the U.S. as the country.

Are You Eligible for the 250K AMEX Business Platinum Offer?
This offer isn't available to those who have or have previously had an AMEX Business Platinum. That said, in practice, AMEX's lifetime language usually enables applicants who haven't had the card for 5-7 or more years to earn the signup bonus again. This is not a hard and fast rule, so your mileage may vary.
If you aren't eligible to earn the signup bonus, typically when applying you'll get a pop-up notifying you that, due to your past history with AMEX and/or your history of opening and closing cards, you're not eligible for the signup bonus, and asking if you still wish to proceed. If you only wanted to apply if you get the enhanced sign-up bonus and get such a pop-up, cancel your application.
