Chase Private Client Arts and Culture Program is Ending Effective June 30, 2021. This is bad news to Chase Private Clients who have enjoyed the complimentary access to museums ranging from the Guggenheim and American Museum of Natural History in NYC to the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco and the Art Institute of Chicago and Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago.
Chase's announcement reads:
“After listening to feedback to meet our clients' needs, we'll no longer offer the Chase Private Client Arts & Culture program after June 30, 2021. After that date, your Arts & Culture card will no longer be accepted at partner institutions. Your current Arts & Culture card will continue to be accepted until June 30…”
It's hard to imagine that Chase Private Clients were complaining about having access to these perks, so we'd assume this is cost cutting by Chase, as it continues to close bank branches and carries out other reductions.
Will you miss the Chase Private Client Arts and Culture perks?

It is bad enough that they eliminated the program with poor notice and less than 3 months notice (not the traditional 1 year in advance), to say it is “after listening to feedback” that it was eliminated is insulting to Chase’s biggest clients. But, Citi’s program is much better…and I recommend it!
I called the Chase CS number at 1-800-935-9935 to complain, and he said to tell anyone else to do the same…
Chase is the bank that has the most money.
What does citi offer? Since I’m literally not making any money with Chase I may as well switch. This clinches it for me
Notice they did not mention who gave the feedback… it was probably from bank executives.
Agreed, the feedback is highly unlikely to have come from actual Chase Private Clients. Hard to imagine even those who didn’t make use of the program complaining about it being offered.
I’m so disappointed at Chase Bank!
It’s all lies. Customers would not give feedback that they don’t want a perk. Does Chase think we are really stupid? It’s Chase just being greedy, the usual bank behavor
Bank of America offers a card to get into museums free.
Hard to believe Chase eliminated it
Let’s bring it back Chase!
