Unfortunately no, unless you're a top tier Air France Flying Blue elite frequent flyer with at least Silver status. Even then, be prepared to pay 200,000 miles or more one way.
How Miles is an Air France or KLM Business Class Award? What Are Taxes and Fees?
As an example, here's a 67,500 Air France Business Class award from Paris CDG to Los Angeles LAX for 67,500 Flying Blue miles + EUR 306. That's 54,000 AMEX Membership Rewards points, taking into account the 25% transfer bonus
Unfortunately KLM Business Class between AMS and LAX is virtually non-existent at the above award level; the non-stop tends to be ~190,000 Flying Blue miles. Here's Amsterdam AMX to New York JFK in KLM Business Class for 57,500 Flying Blue miles (46,000 AMEX points with the 25% transfer bonus) + EUR 237:
The KLM Business Class outbound, JFK to Amsterdam, is the same number of miles, with lower taxes and fees: 57,500 miles + EUR 189. This is KLM's new flat bed Business Class on the 747-400. KLM Business Class is especially good for tall flyers, since the bed length is 80 inches long, longer than the 76-78 or so inches for most other business class flat bed products.
It's also possible to redeem for Delta One flat bed Business Class JFK-AMS to avoid most taxes and fees: 61,000 Flying Blue miles (49,000 AMEX points) + EUR 9.
Keep in mind that this same flight with Delta miles would cost 105,000 SkyMiles + $6, so you'd save 56,000 AMEX points by transferring AMEX points to Flying Blue to book this Delta award flight.
