Can I Save This Offer to Each of My AMEX Cards?
Generally, once you save an AMEX offer to one of your AMEX cards, it disappears from your other cards. It used to be possible to open new tabs in the same browser, one for each AMEX card, and then move among the tabs to save the offer to each card. This didn't work for me this time, perhaps due to the new account interface.
If you're only able to save it to one AMEX card, you can remove a card from your account (thanks to Dan for this tip) and create a separate login for it, to be able to see the offer. After you save the offer to the card, you can then add it back to your account so that you can see all cards at a glance when logging in. That said, if you often use AMEX offers, you may want to keep it with its own separate login to simplify being able to save the same AMEX offer to more than one card, in the future.

Can I Get the Discount and Use It Later?
You can buy an Amazon gift card or eGift card so as to be able to get the discount now, and spend it on Amazon later.

Per AMEX, the statement credit will appear on your statement within 90 days after 12/31/15.
