Can I Add the Offer to More Than One AMEX Card?

Yes, you can, but there's a trick to it. First, log into your multiple AMEX accounts simultaneously, using Chrome Incognito windows or different browsers.

Find the Ritz-Carlton offer in each account. Then, click the “Add to card” button for each of them (make sure that you logged into each account recently, as AMEX does time you out after a few minutes of inactivity).

Is It Better to Reserve with Ritz-Carlton STARS or Virtuoso?

Frankly, Virtuoso benefits are generally better than STARS, because Virtuoso includes an upgrade based on availability at check-in (this is not a STARS benefit) as well as a property-specific benefit that is typically a $100 food and beverage credit or spa services credit. STARS offers a personalized welcome amenity, but most of my clients prefer the $100 credit as they can choose how to spend it.

When Will I See the $100 Statement Credit?

Per the AMEX Offer terms, “Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 11/30/2016, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.”
