New Zealand is one of our favorite destinations in the world for its spectacular scenery and views, outdoor activities, and Relais & Chateaux luxury lodges, especially Kauri Cliffs, The Farm at Cape Kidnappers, Otahuna, and Matakauri Lodge. New Zealand is also close to Fiji, so for those able to splurge, we recommend including a visit to Laucala Private Island.
