The Chase Freedom Earns 5X Points on PayPal and Walmart in Q4 2020, and these will also be the 5X bonus categories for the new Chase Freedom Flex card.
The Walmart category should include Walmart.com online purchases, not just in-store purchases, but there should be confirmation of this soon.
The 5X points are for up to $1500 spend for October-December, 2020, for a total of 7500 Ultimate Rewards points, if you have another Chase credit card linked to Ultimate Rewards, such as an Ink Preferred, Chase Sapphire Reserve, or Chase Sapphire Preferred. If you have more than one Chase Freedom 5X card, you can earn the 5X bonus on $1500 for each of them for the quarter, earning yourself multiples of the 7500 bonus points.
As a reminder, today, September 14, 2020, is the last day to activate the Chase Freedom 5X bonus for Amazon and Whole Foods spend.
