The Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol is now open for reservations for stays from October 20, 2025. The new resort, located at Carretera Transpeninsular Km 10.3, is located 50 minutes from the Los Cabos Airport (SJD), a 7-minute drive from the new Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo del Sol, and a 20-minute drive from Cabo San Lucas.

Park Hyatt Los Cabos Accommodations
The new resort includes 163 luxury ocean-view guest rooms and suites. Rooms start with the 649 sq. ft. King Bed Resort View Room with Patio (although resort view rooms seem to not be available until 2026), up through Partial Ocean and Ocean View rooms with one king or two queen beds.

The resort's 88 suites start with the 956 sq. ft. Plunge Pool Resort View, and lead up to the 1254 sq. ft. Premier Suite with Ocean View, with a 560 sq. ft. private terrace and plunge pool. Note that the Premier Suites aren't yet ready; they only appear for reservations from August 2026.

There are also 19 residences and villas with one or two bedrooms.

Park Hyatt Los Cabos Dining and Amenities
Breakfast is at the resort's main restaurant, Mesa Madre, which features Mexican regional dishes in the evening.

Costamar Beach Club offers lunch, drinks, and light bites throughout the day, inspired by coastal Californian cuisine.

The Pool Bar offers poolside refreshments during the day, and an elegant lounge space by night, with small plates, wines, and signature cocktails.

Silán, exclusively open for dinner, specializes in Southern Mediterranean flavors, ranging from North African to Middle Eastern.

The resort's amenities also include swimming pools; golf; a wellness center with a gym and spa; and a kids' club.
