Hotels with the Best Views? Everyone has their own idea of what makes the perfect view. But having had a pretty brutal winter (by New York standards), my family has been looking forward to this trip for, oh, the past 4 months. And while arctic temperatures are gone, the fact that tonight's NYC low is 33 degrees is giving us a taste of schadenfreude as we bask in balmy 83 degree weather.
