Four Seasons New York Downtown is now open for reservations, for stays beginning October 17, 2016 (just two days after the opening of the new Four Seasons Kyoto) and there's a special intro offer for stays booked by June 30.

It's great to have a new NYC luxury hotel, especially downtown, which only has a few older luxury options such as the Trump SoHo and the Ritz-Carlton Battery Park. Four Seasons New York Downtown Location

The new Four Seasons New York Downtown will be located at 27 Barclay Street, between Broadway and Church Street, close to the 9/11 Memorial and within easy walking distance of SoHo, Chinatown, Little Italy and the waterfront and ferries.

Subways can whisk you uptown or to Brooklyn, since several stations are nearby: Chambers Street (A, C, E trains); Park Place (2 and 3 trains); City Hall (N and R trains); Fulton Street (4 and 5 trains).

 

Four Seasons New York Downtown Room and Suite Types

Entry level Superior King Rooms will be 400 square feet, a good size for NYC, located on the 7th to 9th floors, and be able to sleep up to 2 adults and 1 child on a rollaway bed.

Deluxe Rooms will offer the choice of one King bed or two double beds in a 435 square feet room located on floors 8-20, while Premier King Rooms will be 450 square feet, on floors 10-24.

The highest room category will be Grand Premier King Rooms, at 490 square feet and located on floors 21-24.

Entry-level Four Seasons Executive Suites are 725 square feet and located on floors 7-9. Hudson Suites are a spacious 900 square feet, and include a living area, dining table for four, guest bathroom, bedroom with king bed, and master bathroom.

There are several specialty suites as well: four Gotham Suites, two of which offer private terraces. These 725 square feet suites are on floors 23 and 24.

Four Seasons New York Downtown Swimming Pool and Spa

The 75 feet long heated indoor lap pool will be open daily from 6am – 9pm, perfect for getting in a workout or some leisurely swimming.

The 24 hour fitness center will be on the 3rd floor, next to the spa, which will feature 7 treatment rooms, a couple's spa suite, and an outdoor terrace and sun deck.
