Lake Como Edition Opens March 2026

The new Lake Como EDITION Hotel opens March 10, 2026, after an October 2025 soft opening. The hotel is located at Via Regina, 41 in Cadenabbia, which is between Menaggio (about a 6-minute drive) and Tremezzo, home to the Grand Hotel Tremezzo, ~15-min. walk or 2-min. drive. The drive to the hotel from Milan takes about 1 hour, 15 minutes.

Lake Como EDITION Rooms, Suites, Penthouses

The hotel offers 147 rooms, suites, and penthouses. Entry-level guest rooms are 269-490 sq. ft., with a walk-in rain shower, custom Le Labo bath products, and Bang & Olufson Bluetooth speakers. Entry-level and Standard rooms don't have a lake view, however, so we recommend booking at least a Standard Lake View King Room (290-365 sq. ft.), or a Superior Lake View King for slightly more space (312-484 sq. ft.).

Rooms don't permit a rollaway bed, so a family with one child will want to reserve a Suite, which can accommodate one rollaway bed for a child up to age 16, at an additional cost. Suites also have the advantage of having both a rain shower and a soaking tub; rooms do not have soaking tubs. A Loft Suite Mountain View and Loft Suite Lake View is ~540 sq. ft., and a Deluxe Suite Lake View is a generous 656 sq. ft.

For a particularly indulgent option, stay in a Penthouse (1195 sq. ft.) on the top floor, with floor to ceiling windows, private terrace, living and dining area, and full kitchen.

The hotel's all-day-dining restaurant, RENZO, offers generous, seasonal dishes that are designed for sharing. The setting: a pergola-shaded terrace framed by Mediterranean herbs, citrus trees, and lake views that afford a rustic Italian garden ambience.
