The Four Seasons Minneapolis Has Opened for Reservations Starting June 1, 2022. The new hotel will be the first true luxury hotel in Minneapolis.

Four Seasons Minneapolis Location
The new hotel is located at 245 Hennepin Avenue, about a 25-30 minute drive from Minneapolis St. Paul Airport (MSP), which has nonstop flights from ATL, AUS, BOS, BWI, CLT, CVG, DEN, DFW, EWR, IAD, IAH, JFK, LAS, LAX, MIA, MCO, ORD, PHL, PHX, SAN, SEA, SFO, SJC, and many other domestic and international airports. The hotel is a short drive from the Minneapolis Institute of Art, the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, and the Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden, and walking distance from the Mill Ruins Park, Gold Medal Park, the nearby Mississippi River, and North Loop shopping and dining.

Four Seasons Minneapolis Rooms and Amenities
The hotel will offer 183 guest rooms, most of them Deluxe River View Rooms located on floors 23-30, which will be 483 square feet, with one king bed, sleeping up to three guests, with the third guest in a rollaway bed.

Among the suites, most will be River View Executive Suites, which are corner rooms with dual exposure, 794 square feet, with a king bed and sofa bed. These are effectively Junior Suites, since the king bed and sofa bed are in the same open plan area, and will sleep up to three adults or two adults and two children (sharing the sofa bed).

Guests wanting a true suite should secure one of the seven One Bedroom Suites, which are 972 square feet and have a door separating the bedroom from the living area, which has a sofa bed as well as a dining table that seats four.
Guests will particularly enjoy the fourth floor sunny pool deck in warmer months, with refreshments and Italian fare available from the Terrace Restaurant, as well as the hotel's signature restaurant from award-winning local Chef Gavin Kaysen. There's also an indoor pool with floor to ceiling windows and jacuzzi whirlpool for swimming and relaxing during colder months.
The hotel's spa will offer a full range of massages, facials, and body treatments, including “Spa After Dark,” with a soothing couple's massage accompanied by complimentary Champagne, with the indoor pool privatized for the couple.
The new hotel's General Manager is Florian Riedel, who previously managed the Four Seasons Silicon Valley. In Riedel's words, “The state motto of Minnesota is L'Étoile du Nord, and Star of the North is what we aspire to be.”
