Best Buy: $50 iTunes Card for $40 and 5X Points with the Chase Freedom

Best Buy is offering a $50 iTunes Gift Card for $40 today as a Deal of the Day. $10 might not seem like much, especially as it's limited to one per person, but each person in your family could get one: a family of 4 would save $40. Not to mention I'm not sure how they control for people buying online and in-store, at more than one store, etc.–although I'm definitely not suggesting you game it this way–don't be greedy and let others have a chance 🙂 The deal expires in 11 hours, but since it says “limited quantities” I'd buy soon as it could end well before the deadline.

Even better, if you use your Chase Freedom Card to purchase it, you'll get 5X points, since Best Buy is one of this quarter's 5X categories, along with airlines, hotels and Kohl's. While it would be great to get even more points via the Ultimate Rewards Mall, unfortunately BestBuy.com is at 1X, so no additional points that way. Thanks to TravelSort reader Marty for alerting me of this deal!
